The eye is like a lens of the soul and reflects the total orientation of ones life. If what we see everyday is bad and negative, then what hope have we got of being happy for ourselves and others.
What we think on is important, what we choose is important, we can choose to be offended at the person who just cut us off on the road or the person that just pushed in at the shop or the canteen at School or maybe even that unfaithful boyfriend/ girlfriend being cheated on or seeing the person u love with someone else just is not fair.
But we can also choose not to take it on, like water off a ducks back not returning evil 4 evil, keep your cool & watch the POWER in your life as less and less things get to you.
